航空线束捆扎方法探析

航空线束的捆扎是航空器线缆制作中的重要环节,也是机载电子电器设备连接的必要步骤之一,属于航空器维修中高频率、重复性的工作。文章结合航空器维修工作特点,分析和总结国际主要航空器制造厂商对于航空线束捆扎方法的规范、辨别其不同应用背景以及探讨航空线束捆扎的未来发展新趋势。旨在为航空线束捆扎的两种方式即捆扎线及塑料拉带的实际使用提供一定理论支撑及技术依据并浅析两者的不同点与互通性。

The bundling of aviation harness is not only an important link in the production of aircraft cables,but also one of the necessary steps for the connection of airborne electronic and electrical equipment,which is high-frequency and repetitive work in aircraft maintenance.Based on the characteristics of aircraft maintenance work,this paper analyzes and summarizes the specifications of aviation harness binding methods by major international aircraft manufacturers,distinguishes their different application backgrounds,and discusses the new development trend of aviation harness binding in the future.The purpose of this paper is to provide some theoretical support and technical basis for the practical use of the two ways of air harness binding,i.e.binding wire and plastic strap,and to analyze the difference and interoperability between them.
