基于数据标准的科技信息资源共享架构研究与设计

科技信息资源是政务数据资源的重要内容之一,需按标准规范进行汇聚、共享、开放和应用。为了有效整合科技管理系统和促进数据的共享、应用,文章以重庆市为例,对科技信息资源数据的建设现状和应用需求进行研究,并在此基础上设计一个包含数据采集、数据交换处理、数据中心、数据应用、数据标准规范、安全保障等六大模块的科技信息资源数据交换共享处理架构,为重庆市科技信息资源数据中心建设提供参考和建议。

Scientific and technological information resources are one of the important contents of government data resources,which need to be converged,shared,opened and applied according to standards and norms.In order to effectively integrate the science and technology management system and promote the sharing and application of data,this paper studies the present situation and application requirements of the data construction of science and technology information resources in Chongqing.On this basis,a data exchange and sharing processing framework of science and technology information resources is designed,which includes six modules:data collection,data exchange and processing,data center,data application,data standards and specifications,and security,so as to provide references and suggestions for the construction of Chongqing science and technology information resources data center.
