新型城镇化背景下存量工业用地再利用途径分析

新型城镇化发展条件下,对于大量的存量工业用地再利用是较好的选择,通过存量开发变被动为主动,达到更新升级、目标多元的目标。政府要通过引导形成市场为主体的多元利益参与,调动积极性主动性,科学规划与布局,建立多元合作收益共享的机制。文章主要就存量工业用地再利用创新方法进行分析探索,以此,提升土地利用效率,保证城市快速发展。

Under the condition of the development of new urbanization,the reuse of a large number of stock industrial land is a better choice,through the stock development to change passive to active,to achieve the goal of renewal and upgrading and multiple goals.The government should guide the formation of the market as the main body of the participation of multiple interests,mobilize enthusiasm and initiative,scientific planning and layout,and establish a mechanism for sharing the benefits of diversified cooperation.This paper mainly analyzes and explores the innovative methods of reuse of stock industrial land in order to improve the efficiency of land use and ensure the rapid development of the city.
