复杂地质条件下定向长钻孔远距离精准探放老空水技术及应用 被引量:2

摘要 小煤柱沿空掘进期间探放水无法保证安全生产,同时也制约着巷道掘进效率。在查明煤岩层赋存和构造的基础上,认真分析72316风巷与主体巷道之间的空间位置关系,在-630 m回风大巷,采用定向钻进技术远距离集中探放72314老空水。单孔钻探距离726 m,钻孔最大放水量100 m3/h,探放水量共约18000 m3,不仅节省探水巷巷道工程量,提高掘进单进效率,有效地缓解矿井接替紧张的局面,并且在如此复杂地质条件下,定向长钻孔远距离精准探放老空水技术及应用成功实践,为淮北矿区探放水工程安全、高效、顺利开展提供借鉴。 During the tunneling of small coal pillar along the gob,water exploration and drainage cannot ensure safe production,and also restrict the tunneling efficiency.Based on finding out the occurrence and structure of coal strata,the spatial position relationship between 72316 air roadway and the main roadway was carefully analyzed.In-630 m return air roadway,the directional drilling technology was adopted to explore and drainage remote exploration of 72314 goaf water.Single-hole drilling distance was 726 m,the largest drilling water was 100 m3/h,and a total of water exploration and drainage was about 18000 m3.It not only reduced engineering quantity,improved the single drive efficiency of the tunneling,and effectively alleviated the tight to succeed in the mine.Moreover,for such a complex geological conditions,the remote accurate exploration and drainage of goaf water by directional long borehole was a successful practice.It will provide reference for the safe,efficient and smooth development of water exploration and drainage project in Huaibei Mining Area.
