摘要 创新型人才的培养已成为高等教育的核心任务。学科竞赛是培养学生创新思维和动手实践能力的有效途径。浙江科技学院能源与环境系统工程专业以具有深厚学科背景的“全国大学生节能减排社会实践与科技竞赛”为载体,通过设立节能减排竞赛工作室,建立规范的竞赛管理制度;构建创新能力培养模式;建立科技创新实践基地;建立有效的激励机制对能源与环境系统工程专业创新型人才培养模式改革进行有益的探索与实践。结果表明,采用该培养模式,学生创新思维能力得到极大的提高,学生在项目申请、竞赛获奖、论文撰写、专利申请和考研等各个方面都取得较好的成绩。 The cultivation of innovative talents has become the core task of higher education.Subject competition is an effective way to cultivate students'innovative thinking and practical ability.Department of Energy and Environmental System Engineering of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology takes the"national university student social practice and science contest on energy saving and emission reduction"as the carrier,to explore the reform of cultivation mode of innovative talents.The main measures include establishing a standardized competition management system by setting up energy saving and emission reduction competition office,constructing the cultivation mode of talents with innovation ability;establishing scientific and technological innovation practice base,as well as establishing an effective competing mechanism.Results show that the innovative thinking ability of students can be greatly improved by applying this cultivation mode.Students have achieved good results in application of scientific project,subject competition,publishing papers,application of patents,as well as application of postgraduate study.
