摘要
近年来,随着“大众创业、万众创新”的提出,高等院校创新创业教育的研究与实践发展迅速。在人才培养体系中,课程设置的实验实践环节是培养学生创新创业精神、能力、素质的核心部分。文章以创新创业教育为导向,探讨创新创业教育与实验实践教育融合的可行性,并以工程创新综合实践课程为例,在课程教学目标、课程安排、选题范围、考核方式等方面进行改革与探索。课程开展过程中,以学生为主体,教师为辅引,实验教学采用创业项目驱动的方式,在实施过程中引入“教练技术”和“GROW模式”,建立涵盖课程全过程、分等级的综合评价体系。
In recent years,with the proposal of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the research and practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities have developed rapidly.In the talent training system,the experimental practice of curriculum is the core part of cultivating students'innovation and entrepreneurship spirit,ability and quality.Based on the innovation and entrepreneurship education,this paper discusses the possibility of integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional experimental practice education.Taking the Engineering Innovation Comprehensive Practice course as an example,the reform and exploration are carried out in the aspects of curriculum teaching objectives,curriculum arrangement,topic selection,scope and assessment methods.In the process of curriculum,students are the leading role and the teacher is director and assistant.The experimental teaching adopts entrepreneurial project driven mode.In the implementation process,the"coach technology"and"grow mode"are introduced,and a comprehensive evaluation system covering the whole process of the course is established.
