摘要
驻极体滤材因其静电过滤效应具有低初阻、高初效的特点,但在实际使用初期,由于被捕集颗粒物对静电过滤效应的屏蔽影响,往往出现过滤效率衰减现象。考虑到驻极体滤料的静电屏蔽程度直接由容尘质量决定,研究提出将M6、F7及F8玻纤滤料作为迎风面材料分别与中效驻极体滤料复合构造复合滤料,以发挥驻极体滤料高效低阻优势的同时减弱效率衰减,并通过实验探究对比3种驻极体复合滤料的容尘性能。结果显示,3种复合滤料初始性能优越;复合滤料中玻纤滤料可以减弱驻极体滤料效率衰减;玻纤滤料机械效率增长可以一定程度上弥补复合滤料效率衰减,其中F7-驻极体及F8-驻极体复合滤料均不存在效率衰减问题。单独将F7-驻极体复合滤料与F8玻纤滤料的容尘结果进行对比,两者的平均品质因子分别为0.0603和0.0457,说明F7-驻极体复合滤料综合过滤性能已超越F8玻纤滤料。最后,由于F8-驻极体复合滤料中驻极体层容尘质量最小,所以其对复合滤料的效率提升作用最大。研究从纤维滤料容尘性能变化机理角度提出驻极体滤料复合方案,制备出了性能更优的空气过滤材料,也为后续滤料复合研究提供了新的思路。
The electret filter material has the characteristics of low initial resistance and high initial efficiency due to its electrostatic filtering effect.However,in the initial stage of actual use,due to the shielding effect of the trapped particles on the electrostatic filtering effect,the filtering efficiency is often attenuated.Considering that the degree of electrostatic shielding of the electret filter material is directly determined by the dust holding quality,this study proposes to use M6,F7and F8 glass fiber filter materials as the windward surface material and the medium-efficiency electret filter material to composite the composite filter material.In order to take advantage of the high efficiency and low resistance of the electret filter material,at the same time reduce the efficiency attenuation,and compare the dust holding performance of the three kinds of electret composite filter materials through experiments.The results show that the initial performance of the three composite filter media is excellent;the glass fiber filter media in the composite filter media can reduce the efficiency attenuation of the electret filter media;the increase in the mechanical efficiency of the glass fiber filter media can compensate for the efficiency attenuation of the composite filter media to a certain extent,among which F7-Electret and F8-electret composite filter media do not have the problem of efficiency attenuation.Separately compare the dust holding results of F7-electret composite filter media and F8 glass fiber filter media.The average quality factors of the two are 0.0603 and 0.0457,respectively,indicating that the comprehensive filtration performance of F7-electret composite filter media has surpassed F8.Glass fiber filter material.Finally,since the electret layer in the F8-electret composite filter material has the smallest dust holding mass,it has the greatest effect on improving the efficiency of the composite filter material.This study proposes an electret filter composite scheme from the perspective of the change mechanism of the dust-holding performance of the fiber filter material,and prepares a better-performing air filter material,which also provides a new idea for subsequent filter composite research.
