建筑机电设计与管线综合优化研究

摘要 建筑机电工程系统多、设备多、管线多,管线如同蜘蛛网般相互交织和关联,设计与施工难度较大。但BIM给机电设计优化带来了技术冲击和传统行业的变革。结合BIM于项目正向设计和管综应用的意义,进行综合逻辑分析。BIM管综在机电工程设计进度、质量、成本和安全等方面的管控上需求日益剧增。管综不但满足净高要求,且使机电管线排布整齐美观,方便施工和检修,满足机电功能要求,减少管材,节约成本,提高施工效率,解决业主的真正需求,发挥着指导设计和现场施工重要价值。 Construction Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, More systems, more equipment, more pipelines, the lines are woven and connected like a spider’s Web, design and construction are more difficult. But BIM has brought about a technological shock and a revolution in traditional industries in the optimization of mechanical and electrical design. This design research, combined with the significance of Bim in forward design and integrated application management, for a comprehensive logical analysis.BIM comprehensive optimization of pipeline are increasingly required to manage the progress, quality, cost, and safety of mechanical and electrical engineering design. The comprehensive optimization of pipeline not only meets the requirement of net height, and the arrangement of the Mechanical and Electrical Pipelines is NEAT and beautiful, convenient for construction and maintenance, meet the requirements of mechanical and electrical functions, reduce the pipe, cost Saving, improve the efficiency of construction, address the real needs of the owners, plays an important role in guiding design and on-site construction.
