疫情背景下定制生物安全柜的动态检测分析

Dynamic Detection and Analysis of Customized Biosafety Cabinet Under the Circumstance of Epidemic

生物安全柜作为一种重要的生物安全防护设备,是控制气溶胶扩散的关键屏障。新冠疫情全球大流行的背景下,某欧洲客户定制了内置核酸分析检测设备的A2型生物安全柜,设备尺寸(660×680×826)mm,要求安全柜内置设备后,除了常规参数外,动态使用中人员防护也符合要求(BS EN12469碘化钾法)。介绍了针对该特殊生物安全柜进行人员保护、高效过滤器完整性、噪声、风量和照度参数进行的检测,通过碘化钾法静态、动态检测实验,得到保护因子均大于1.5×10^(5),高效过滤器完整性、流入气流、下降气流、噪声、照度等项目符合YY 0569-2011《II级生物安全柜》、EN12469-2000规定的技术要求。

As an important biosafety protection equipment,biosafety cabinet is the key barrier to control aerosol diffusion.In the context of COVID-19's global pandemic,an A2 biosafety cabinet is customized for an European customer.The cabinet is equipped with built-in nucleic acid analysis and detection equipment,which has a size of 660×680×826 mm.With the built-in equipment in the safety cabinet,besides the conventional parameters,the personnel protection in dynamic use should meet the requirements(BS EN12469 potassium iodide method)as well.This paper introduces how the personnel protection,HEPA filter leak testing,sound,inflow velocity and lighting of the special biosafety cabinet are tested.Through the static and dynamic detection experiments of potassium iodide method,the protection factors are greater than 1.5×10^(5).The integrity of high-efficiency filter,inflow velocity,downflow air,noise,illumination and other items meet the technical requirements of class II biosafety cabinet(YY 0569-2011)and EN12469-2000.
