基于新文科背景下财经人才培养模式探析

The Training Mode of Financial Talents under the Background of New Liberal Arts

高等教育进入普及化阶段,对文科教育提出新的挑战,对以专业教育为主的发展模式提出了新的要求。根据新文科要求的核心素养,对通识教育与专业教育相融合的培养模式进行探索,以德智体美劳全面发展、具备未来开展工作的能力为培养目标,提出“三个着力”推进人才培养模式创新,“三个转化”夯实人才培养质量,“三项保障”助力育人成色提升的新思路,实践并开展了高水平复合型交叉财经人才的培养探索,形成了一些积极有效的经验与做法。

Higher education has entered the stage of popularization, which is a challenge to liberal arts.According to the core quality required by the new liberal arts, we explore the training mode of the integration of general education and professional education, take the all-round development of morality, intelligence, body, art and labor and the ability to carry out work in the future as the training goal, and put forward new ideas of “three efforts”to promote the innovation of talent training mode, “three transformations” to consolidate the quality of talent training, and “three guarantees” to help improve the quality of education. We have also practiced and carried out the cultivation and exploration of high-level compound cross financial talents, and formed some positive and effective experiences and practices.
