基于大类招生的学生专业意愿的调查分析及对策研究——以新疆农业大学机械类专业为例

Investigation, Analysis and Countermeasure of Students’ Professional Willingness Based on Major Enrollment: Taking Xinjiang Agricultural University as an Example

本科大类招生是高校专业建设和教学改革的一项重要举措,为了解学生对大类招生与专业分流的想法、今后的发展方向、存在的问题等,通过问卷调查的形式,对新疆农业大学机械类专业大类招生的学生专业选择意向进行调查,提出通过加强宣传引导,做好困难帮扶,培养专业兴趣,优化课程结构,完善培养制度等改进措施,解决大类招生实施过程中存在的问题,为后续学校大类招生、专业分流工作的进一步优化提供理论依据和改革重点方向。

Undergraduate major enrollment is an important measure of specialty construction and teaching reform in colleges and universities. In order to understand students’ ideas on major enrollment and major diversion,future development direction and existing problems, we investigate the students’ intention of major selection of mechanical major enrollment in Xinjiang Agricultural University in the form of questionnaire, and propose to strengthen publicity and guidance, provide assistance to smooth away difficulties, cultivate professional interest and optimize the curriculum structure, improve the training system and other improvement measures, solve the problems existing in the implementation of large-scale enrollment, and provide theoretical basis and key direction of reform for the further optimization of large-scale enrollment and professional diversion.
