On the Development of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of“Three-all Education”

新时代背景下,我国对高校思想政治教育工作提出更高要求。了解“三全育人”体系构建的价值,剖析其意义及影响,有利于高校厘清思想政治教育工作与专业教育间的关系,构建协同育人体系,推动大学生积极发展。从思想政治教育工作的创新意义及工作特征入手,提出一系列高校“三全育人”思想政治教育工作优化意见,可有效推动高等教育系统性发展,并引导学生从时间与空间的双重维度中,感受思想政治的魅力;还可以形成中国式思想政治教育,提升社会主义国家办学实力,为国家发展和社会进步贡献力量。

In the new era,China puts forward higher requirements for ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Understanding the value of the construction of the three-all education system and analyzing its significance and influence are conducive to clarifying the relationship between ideological and political education and professional education,building a collaborative education system and promoting the positive development of college students.Starting from the innovative significance and working characteristics of ideological and political education,this paper puts forward a series of suggestions on the optimization of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,which can effectively promote the systematic development of higher education and guide students to feel the charm of ideological and political education from the dual dimensions of time and space.Besides,it can also form Chinese-styled ideological and political education,enhance the strength of running schools in socialist countries,and contribute to national development and social progress.
