连锁经营与管理专业现代学徒制实践探索——以安徽财贸职业学院为例

Practice and Exploration on Modern Apprenticeship in Chain Operation and Management Specialty:Taking Anhui Vocational College of Finance and Trade as an Example

为探索建立校企联合招生、联合培养、一体化育人的长效机制,打破高校与企业间人才培养的“边界”,安徽财贸职业学院连锁经营与管理专业作为教育部第三批现代学徒制试点项目专业,在教育部现代学徒制导向的基础上,采用学校企业“双主体”的模式,健全德技并修、工学结合育人机制,着力培养面向现代服务业的复合型技术技能人才,并于2021年通过教育部现代学徒制项目验收。以连锁经营与管理专业为例,结合分析现代学徒制人才培养过程遇到的各项瓶颈问题,并提出相应的解决对策。

In order to explore the establishment of a long-term mechanism of joint enrollment, joint training and integrated education between schools and enterprises, and break the “boundary” of talent training between universities and enterprises, the chain operation and management major of Anhui Vocational College of Finance and Trade, as the third batch of modern apprenticeship pilot program major of the Ministry of Education, adopts the “double subjects” mode of schools and enterprises on the basis of the modern apprenticeship guidance of the Ministry of Education, and improves the mechanism of moral and technical training and work and learning combined with education, so as to cultivate compound technical and skilled talents for modern service industry,and now this program passed the acceptance of the Ministry of Education in 2021. Taking the specialty of chain operation and management as an example, this paper analyzes the bottleneck problems encountered in the training process of modern apprenticeship talents, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
