ADS-7大孔树脂连续使用对苦荞精制品中黄酮成分的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究ADS-7大孔树脂连续使用对苦荞精制品中黄酮成分的影响。以黄酮吸附量、吸附率及苦荞精制品中芦丁、烟花苷、槲皮素和山奈酚4种黄酮成分含量等为指标,结合AlCl3分光光度法及高效液相色谱法,考察ADS-7大孔树脂富集苦荞黄酮的使用次数及对主要黄酮成分含量的影响。检测结果显示,ADS-7大孔树脂在连续使用30次后,黄酮吸附量仅降低8.9%,黄酮吸附率降低9.3%,树脂吸附性能较好,且苦荞精制品中芦丁、烟花苷、槲皮素和山奈酚4种黄酮成分的总含量在树脂连续使用25次内变化波动不大。检测结果表明,采用ADS-7型大孔树脂纯化苦荞黄酮,无需经再生处理,可连续使用至第25次。该方法环保、经济,可为苦荞黄酮精制品的规模化生产提供参考。 To study the effect of continuous use of ADS-7 macroporous resin on flavonoids in refined tartary buckwheat products.Combining AlCl3-spectrophotometry with high performance liquid chromatography,the flavonoid adsorption capacity,adsorption rate,and the content of four flavonoids(rutin,kaempferol-3-Orutinoside,quercetin and kaempferol)in refined tartary buckwheat product were used as indicators to investigate the life of ADS-7 macroporous resin in purifying tartary buckwheat flavonoids and its effect on the content of main flavonoids.The results showed that after 30 times repeated use of ADS-7 macroporous resin,the flavonoid adsorption capacity was only reduced by 8.9%,and the flavonoid adsorption rate was reduced by9.3%,indicating that the resin has better adsorption performance.In addition,the total content of four flavonoids in refined tartary buckwheat products did not change much within 25 consecutive uses of the resin.In conclusion,the ADS-7 macroporous resin can be used to purify tartary buckwheat flavonoids continuously until the 25th time without regeneration treatment.This method is environmentally friendly and economical,and provides a reference for the industrial production of tartary buckwheat flavonoids.
