摘要
动车组车载避雷器因受到列车在高速运行中的机械作用力以及气流、海拔落差和温度变化等因素影响,其整体性能可能会逐步下降,同时阀片因长期承受工频电压以及暂态冲击电压等因素作用而趋于老化,使得其运行性能逐步下降。为避免避雷器长期服役中发生故障,该文对柜式车载避雷器长期服役可靠性进行试验研究,选取运行480万公里、240万公里和新品避雷器开展了电气性能测试和密封性能测试,在密封试验结束后对避雷器进行解体检查,并对阀片开展了电气性能测试。研究结果表明,服役至480万公里的柜式车载避雷器仍具有良好的电气性能和密封性能,阀片未见劣化,可以继续可靠服役。
On-board arrester by mechanical forces in high speed running of train and air gap,altitude and temperature change and other factors,its overall performance is likely to decline gradually,at the same time,valve plates due to factors such as long-term under power frequency voltage,impulse voltage and aging,makes its running performance decline gradually,In order to avoid lightning arrester long-term service failure,this paper studied the long-term service reliability test cabinet on-board arrester,select run about 4.8 million km,2.4 million km and arrester in electrical performance testing of new products and sealing performance test,at the end of the seal test for dissolution tests of lightning arrester and the valve plate to carry out the electrical performance test.The results show that the cabinet type on-board arrester,which has been in service to 4.8million km,still has good electrical performance and sealing performance,and the valve plate has not deteriorated,so it can continue to serve reliably.
