摘要
目的分析粪菌移植(fecal microbiota transplantation,FMT)领域的研究热点和发展趋势。方法从Web of Science核心文集数据库中检索有关FMT的文献,运用CiteSpace5.7.R5软件对文献进行可视化处理。结果检索出3143篇相关文献,排除综述、会议摘要、书籍等,并最终纳入论著1571篇,每年发文量呈逐渐递增趋势,发文量第一的作者为Alexander Khoruts,共发表31篇相关文献,发文量最大的机构是美国明尼苏达大学,发文量最多的国家是美国,关键词共现网络共形成4个聚类标签,关键词突显词分析提示“adult、acid、activation、active ulcerative colitis、akkermansia muciniphila”是现阶段热点方向,文献共被引分析形成13个聚类,提示“复发性艰难梭菌感染、溃疡性结肠炎”等为研究关注的热点。结论目前FMT的研究越来越受到人们的重视,美国在该领域的研究处于领先水平,FMT的研究趋势和热点主要集中在肿瘤、活动期溃疡性结肠炎的治疗、作用机制、代谢产物测定等方面。
Objective To investigate the current hotspots and frontiers in research of fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT).Methods The literatures related to FMT were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection database.The visual analysis was carried out with CiteSpace5.7.R5 software based on the bibliometric method.Results 3143 related literatures were retrieved,excluding reviews,conference abstracts,books,etc.Finally,1571 papers were collected.The number of papers published each year showed a gradually increasing trend.Alexander Khoruts,the primary research author,had published 31 related articles.The analysis showed that the leading institution was the University of Minnesota Twin City,and the United States of America was the leading country for publications.Burst detection analysis of top keywords showed that″adult,acid,activation,active ulcerative colitis,akkermansia muciniphila″were the new research foci.The most frequently cited articles mainly focused on recurrent clostridium difficile infection and ulcerative colitis.Conclusion At present,people pay more and more attention to the study of FMT.The United States is at the top level in the research of FMT.The main research focus and trends in the FMT field are the treatment,mechanism and metabolite determination of cancer and active ulcerative colitis.
