本文继续介绍8例临床罕见消化系疾病的诊断与治疗,分别是:恶性腹膜间皮瘤伴黑棘皮病;胃十二指肠、胰腺结核伴不完全性十二指肠梗阻;病因不明的淋巴细胞性结肠炎;萎缩性胃炎伴恶性贫血;壶腹乳头炎引起Oddi括约肌狭窄;高压氧舱治疗导致肝内胆汁郁积;肝恶性黄色肉芽肿;大胆石引起肠梗阻2例。

Here we further presented 8 rarely seen digestive system diseases,including malignant peritoneal mesothelioma coexistent with acanthosis nigricans;gastroduodenal-pancreatic tuberculosis with duodenal obstruction;lymphocytic colitis of obscure etiology;atrophic gastritis with pernicious anemia;chronic ampulla vater papillitis inducing Oddi's sphincter stenosis;hyperbaric oxygen treatment causing intrahepatic cholestasis;malignant hepatic xanthomatous granuloma;big gallstone ruptured into ileum and duodenum in each case respectively.
