甲胎蛋白显著升高的胃肝样腺癌肝转移1例报道

Liver metastasis of gastric hepatoid adenocarcinoma with significantly elevated alpha fetoprotein:one case report

胃肝样腺癌是具有肝细胞癌分化特征的一类特殊原发胃癌,常伴有甲胎蛋白(alpha fetoprotein,AFP)升高。本研究回顾分析了1例AFP显著升高的胃肝样腺癌肝转移患者的临床资料,旨在通过探讨此患者的诊断过程,正确认识该病的临床特点,有助于规范临床诊疗程序避免误诊。

Hepatoid adenocarcinoma of the stomach is a special type of primary gastric cancer with the differentiation characteristics of hepatocellular carcinoma,which is often accompanied by the increase of alpha fetoprotein(AFP).This study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of a patient with liver metastasis of gastric hepatoid adenocarcinoma with significantly elevated AFP.The purpose of this study is to discuss the diagnosis process of this patient,correctly understand the clinical characteristics of the disease,and help to standardize the clinical diagnosis and treatment procedures and avoid misdiagnosis.
