摘要 1剖宫产术后加速康复的实施背景剖宫产术是全球实施最为普遍的手术之一,近年来随着世界范围内剖宫产手术量的不断升高,择期剖宫产术所占比重逐渐增大,实施剖宫产术后加速康复(enhanced recovery after cesarean,ERAC)策略具有重要的临床意义。与其他学科的加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)策略相似,ERAC的核心目标包括减少手术应激和创伤、缩短患者住院时间、改善患者满意度等。
