基于脑科学原理的高校体育课程创新研究

摘要 由于环境的改变,高校教育产生许多新问题。该文从脑科学的视角,从生活习惯,自我同一性与健康情志建立三方面,说明素质教育与脑科学的关系;从脑的可塑性视角,分析脑与运动技能以及学习与记忆的关系;从知性与感性的视角,提出构建脑海中的知识网络,对于培养大学生高度的感性思维与创造力发挥的作用。该研究以脑科学研究的观点,为高供宏观的理解和启示。该文认为,脑科学对高校体育课程创新教育作用的研究,应当作为一项国策加以推行。 Due to the change of environment,there are many new problems in today's college education.From the perspective of brain science,this article first describes the relationship between quality-oriented education and brain science through habit-forming disease,self-identity and healthy emotion establishment.Secondly,it analyzes the relationship between brain and motor skills,learning and memory from the perspective of brain plasticity.Finally,from the perspective of knowledge and sensibility,it puts forward the role of building the knowledge network in the brain in cultivating college students'high perceptual thinking and creativity.From the perspective of brain science research,this study provides a macro understanding and enlightenment for the problems in higher education.This paper holds that the research on the role of brain science in innovative education of college PE curriculum should be carried out as a national policy.
