摘要
目的:探讨产妇康复早期通过瑜伽对其体形的改变。方法:40名产妇(25~35岁)随机分为顺产产妇组、剖腹产产妇组两组,分别进行为期6周,2次/周,共12次的瑜伽操练习。实验前后进行体重、体脂百分比、腰围、臀围、胸围、上臂围、大腿围、小腿围、腰臀比、BMI的检测。结果:对实验前后的数据进行分析,有显著性差异(P<0.05),实验前后瑜伽对产妇体型影响有显著差异。结论:瑜伽操对于产后产妇形态机能恢复作用很大,值得产后产妇进行瑜伽操练习。
Objective:To explore the changes of maternal body shape through yoga in the early stage of rehabilitation.Methods:40 pregnant women(aged 25~35 years)were randomly divided into two groups:spontaneous delivery group and cesarean section group.They practiced yoga for 6 weeks,twice a week,a total of 12 times.The body weight,percentage of body fat,waist circumference,hip circumference,chest circumference,upper arm circumference,thigh circumference,calf circumference,waist hip ratio and BMI were measured before and after the experiment.Results:There was significant difference in the data before and after the experiment(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the effect of yoga on maternal body shape before and after the experiment.Conclusion:Yoga exercises play a great role in the recovery of postpartum women's morphology and function,which is worth practicing yoga exercises for postpartum women。
