摘要
在当前全民健身国家战略实施、体育课程追求金课的背景下,如何提升体育教学的绩效,分层教学模式的引入可以作为一种有效途径,鉴于此,文章使用文献资料法、实地参与式观察法、逻辑分析法,并融合笔者二十多年的一线体育教学经历,在四位一体目标视角下,遵循SMART原则,对分层教学模式的“初、中、高三级层次划分”“小班制与大班制融合”“分层考核机制”“三级联赛”的特征进行了解析,尝试构建了五步走的全过程操作机制,旨在推动大学体育俱乐部分层教学模式的应用,为分层教学模式的操作提供理论与实践支撑,促进大学体育教学质量的拔高。
Under the background of the implementation of the national strategy of national fitness and the pursuit of gold in PE curriculum,the introduction of stratified teaching mode can be used as an effective way to improve the performance of PE teaching.In view of this,this paper uses the methods of literature,field participatory observation and logical analysis,and integrates the author's front-line PE teaching experience of more than 20 years.From the perspective of the four in one goal and following the SMART principle,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the stratified teaching mode,such as"division of the junior,middle and senior levels","integration of small class system and large class system","stratified assessment mechanism"and"three-level league",and tries to build a five-step whole process operation mechanism,in order to promote the application of the stratified teaching mode of university sports clubs,provides theoretical and practical support for the operation of stratified teaching mode and promotes the improvement of college physical education teaching quality.
