摘要
该文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法、数理统计法,对体育游戏教学法融入身体功能训练课程进行研究,对比实验前后参与学生的身体素质、学习态度、情绪状态和综合成绩4个维度各项指标的变化情况。结果表明,经过12周的教学实验,应用体育游戏教学法在身体素质、学习态度、情绪状态与综合成绩4个方面的表现均优于常规教学模式。
This paper uses the method of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics to study the integration of sports game teaching method into the physical function training course.It compares the changes of various indicators in the four dimensions of students'physical quality,learning attitude,emotional state and comprehensive score before and after the experiment.The results show that after 12 weeks of teaching experiment,the application of sports game teaching method is better than the conventional teaching mode in four aspects:physical quality,learning attitude,emotional state and comprehensive score.
