“互联网+”幼儿体育产教融合人才培养模式研究

Research on the Talent Training Mode of“Internet+”Children Industry Education Integration

该文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、访谈法、实地调查法等方法,分析了“互联网+”背景下幼儿体育专业产教融合人才培养模式存在的问题,主要有校企合作没有达到深度融合;高职院校人才培养质量与市场脱节;双师型教师队伍建设落实不到位;产教融合没有落到实处。并对“互联网+”、幼儿体育专业、产教融合、人才培养模式的内涵进行了界定,结合幼儿体育专业产教融合人才培养模式的实际情况,制定了相应的策略。

By using the methods of literature,logical analysis,interview and field investigation,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the talent training mode of industry education integration of Children Sports major under the background of"Internet+".The main problems are that the cooperation between schools and enterprises has not reached deep integration;The quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges is out of touch with the market;The construction of double qualified teachers is not in place;The integration of industry and education has not been implemented.The definition of"Internet+",Children Sports major,industry education integration and talent training mode is defined.The corresponding strategies are formulated according to the actual situation of the integration of talent training mode of Children Sports major.
