新时代体教融合背景下竞技体育后备人才培养的堵点及路径探析

Research on the Practical Blocking Point and Path of Competitive Sports Reserve Talents Training under the Background of Sports Education Integration in the New Era

新时代体教融合给出了促进青少年健康成长和推动竞技体育后备人才培养的中国方案,该文通过梳理传统体教融合的发展轨迹、解读新时代体教融合的内涵、对比新旧体教融合内涵的差异等,研判新时代竞技体育后备人才培养的复杂形势,总结制约发展的现实堵点,提出未来的发展路径。认为新旧体教融合在作用主体、培养主体、培养目标和社会需求方面存在明显差异,新时代竞技体育后备人才培养面临培养体系传统老旧缺乏创新、培养体系与社会发展环境不相适应、培养体系与制度体系不匹配等问题。下一步要推动体制机制融合,探索教体一体化模式;推动教体思想转变,创造良好发展环境;推动目标体系兼容,破除体教融合制度障碍。

Sports education integration in the new era gives a Chinese plan to promote the healthy growth of young people and the cultivation of competitive sports reserve talents.This paper studies the complex situation of the cultivation of competitive sports reserve talents in the new era by combing the development track of the traditional integration of sports and education,interpreting the connotation of sports education integration in the new era,and comparing the differences between the connotation of the new and old sports education integration,This paper summarizes the practical blocking points restricting the development,and puts forward the future development path.The author thinks that the new and old sports education integration has obvious differences in the main body of function,the main body of training,the training goal and the social demand.In the new era,the cultivation of competitive sports reserve talents still faces some problems,such as the lack of innovation in the traditional training system,the incompatibility between the training system and the social development environment,the mismatch between the training system and the system,and the conflict of interests between the training system and the actual operation mechanism;The next step is to promote the integration of system and mechanism,and explore the integration mode of education and sports;We should promote the change of educational thought and create a good environment for development;We should promote the compatibility of the target system and get rid of the obstacles of sports education integration.
