摘要 为探究组合力量训练对运动员爆发力影响的研究进展,该文运用文献综述法、逻辑分析法,对组合训练概念、国内外研究现状、训练负荷、训练效果、生理学机制以及注意事项等进行研究分析。得出结论,“大负荷+小负荷”组合力量训练对运动员的爆发力提升效果显著,其中采用大负荷(75%~85%1RM)+小负荷(30%1RM),大负荷4组3次+小负荷4组4次对运动员爆发力训练效果最好。在组合力量训练过程中,应根据运动项目与运动员个体差异进行训练安排,注意训练周期不宜过长、训练负荷不宜过大,并保证适宜的恢复时间。 In order to explore the impact of combination strength training on athletes'explosive power research progress,this paper uses literature review and logical analysis to study and analyze the concept of combination training,research status at home and abroad,training load,training effect,physiological mechanism and matters for attention.It is concluded that the combined strength training of"large load+small load"has a significant effect on the improvement of athletes'explosive power.Among them,the combination of large load(75%~85%1RM)+small load(30%1RM),large load 4 groups 3 times+small load 4 groups 4 times has the best effect on Athletes'explosive power training.In the process of combined strength training,the training arrangement should be made according to the individual differences between sports and athletes.Pay attention to the training period should not be too long,the training load should not be too big,need appropriate recovery time.
