The Effect of HIIT on Blood Pressure,Physical Fitness and Aerobic Exercise Capacity of Young and Middle-Aged EH Patients

摘要 目的:观察HIIT对中青年EH患者血压、体质与有氧运动能力的影响。方法:将44名中青年EH患者随机分为HIIT训练组(H组,n=22)和对照组(C组,n=22),两组均按医生要求服用降压药,H组按运动方案进行8周HIIT,对训练前后的各组数据进行统计分析。结果:8周实验后,两组的SBP和DBP均有所下降,但C组的降低不明显(P>0.05),而H组的SBP和DBP均显著下降(P<0.05);8周实验后,C组的体重、BMI、脂肪和体脂率等均有所上升,但上升均不明显(P>0.05),而H组的体重、BMI、脂肪和体脂率均显著降低(P<0.05);8周实验后,C组的VO_(2max)上升不明显(P>0.05),但H组的VO_(2max)显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:HIIT有助于提高中青年EH患者的依从性和药物疗效,降低其血压水平;HIIT可提高中青年EH患者的体质健康水平和有氧运动能力,并在时效性上优于有氧训练;在做好安全筛查和监测的前提下,可考虑将HIIT作为有氧疗法的有益补充或替代。 Objective:To observe the effects of HIIT on blood pressure,physical fitness and aerobic exercise capacity of young and middle-aged EH patients.Methods Forty-four young and middle-aged EH patients were randomly divided into HIIT training group(H group,n=22)and control group(C group,n=22).Both groups took antihypertensive drugs as required by the doctor.Group H carried out HIIT for 8 weeks according to the exercise plan.The data of each group before and after training were statistically analyzed.Results:After 8 weeks of experiment,the SBP and DBP of the two groups decreased,but the decrease of group C was not significant(P>0.05),while the SBP and DBP of group H decreased significantly(P<0.05);After 8 weeks of experiment,the body weight,BMI,fat and body fat rate of group C all increased,but the increase was not significant(P>0.05),while the weight of group H,BMI,fat and body fat rates were significantly reduced(P<0.05);After the 8-week experiment,the VO_(2max) of group C did not increase significantly(P>0.05),but the VO_(2max) of group H increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:HIIT can help to improve the compliance and drug efficacy of young and middle-aged EH patients,and reduce their blood pressure levels;HIIT can improve the physical fitness and aerobic exercise capacity of young and middle-aged EH patients,and is superior to aerobic training in terms of timeliness;On the premise of safety screening and monitoring,HIIT can be considered as a beneficial supplement or replacement for aerobic therapy.
