摘要
太极拳是从我国古代流传下来的传统拳术之一,是中国人民智慧的结晶,长期练习太极拳,会对人民的身体健康十分有利。在太极拳训练过程中,通过强化核心区域肌肉力量,可以大幅度提升太极拳动作的精细度,增强运动员做高难度动作的稳定性,以及提升他们的运动竞技水平和反应能力。该文对核心力量在太极拳训练中应用的意义和价值进行了分析,并提出了如何将核心力量应用到太极拳训练中,希望能够促进运动员身体素质及运动水平的提高。
Taijiquan is one of the traditional boxing techniques handed down from ancient times in China,which is the crystallization of the wisdom of the Chinese people.Long term practice of Taijiquan will be very beneficial to people's health.In the process of Taijiquan training,by strengthening the muscle strength in the core area,we can greatly improve the fineness of Taijiquan movements,enhance the stability of athletes in difficult movements,and improve their competitive level and reaction ability.This paper analyzes the significance and value of the application of core strength in Taijiquan training,and puts forward how to apply core strength to Taijiquan training,hoping to be conducive to the improvement of athletes'physical quality and sports level.
