高职院校体育教师教学能力培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of PE Teachers'Teaching Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges

在新时代发展常态下,高职院校越来越重视体育教学的主体地位,这要求高职院校体育教师不但要具备知识、技能方面的专业素养,还要具备良好的教学能力、创新能力以及组织管理能力。该文采用文献资料法等,简要概述了高职院校体育教学能力培养的内涵,基于高职院校体育教师教学能力培养中存在的问题,提出了科学有效的高职院校体育教师教学能力培养策略,旨在更好地满足高职院校体育教学需求,充分发挥体育教育事业的育人功能。

Under the normal development of the new era,higher vocational colleges pay more and more attention to the main position of physical education teaching.It requires physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges to not only have professional quality in knowledge and skills,but also have good teaching ability,innova‐tion ability and organization and management ability.Using the method of literature,this paper briefly summarizes the connotation of the cultivation of PE teaching ability in higher vocational colleges.Based on the problems ex‐isting in the cultivation of PE teachers'teaching ability in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward sci‐entific and effective strategies for the cultivation of PE teachers'teaching ability in higher vocational colleges,in order to better meet the needs of PE in higher vocational colleges and give full play to the educational function of physical education.
