幼儿体育游戏对幼儿身心发展影响的研究综述

Review on the Influence of Sports Games on Children's Physical and Mental Development

幼儿时期是成长发育的关键时期,如今幼儿教育的重要性已经得到了社会、教育界和家长的普遍认可。该文运用文献资料法、数理统计法分析了幼儿体育游戏对幼儿身心发展的影响。结果表明:(1)幼儿体育游戏对于幼儿的身心发展具有显著的积极影响;(2)在幼儿身体形态方面的研究指标较为固定,研究周期较短;(3)有关幼儿心理方面的相关的数据较少;(4)未来应该探索不同类型幼儿的体育游戏方案;(5)未来最优化的运动负荷与幼儿身心发展之间的关系还需要进行进一步探索。

Early childhood is a critical period for growth and development.Nowadays,the importance of early childhood education has been widely recognized by the society,the educational circle and parents.This paper analyzes the influence of sports games on children's physical and mental development by means of literature and mathematical statistics.The results show that:(1)Children's sports games have a significant positive impact on children's physical and mental development;(2)The research indexes of infants'body shape are relatively fixed and the research period is short;(3)There are few data related to children's psychology;(4)Different types of children's sports games should be explored in the future;(5)The relationship between optimal exercise load and children's physical and mental development in the future needs further exploration.
