民族地区篮球裁判员现状研究--以临夏回族自治州为例

Study on the Current Situation of Basketball Referees in Ethnic Areas--Take Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture as an Example

目的:调研民族地区篮球裁判员的现状。方法:该文使用问卷调查法和访谈法,从性别、民族、年龄、学历、职业、级别、执裁年限、受教育背景、对待篮球裁判工作的态度等方面对研究对象进行研究。结果:调研对象性别比例严重失调,年龄结构偏年轻化,受教育背景以本科院校体育教育专业的兼职教师为主,篮球裁判多为国家一级。结论:调研对象对篮球裁判工作的态度积极、认识清晰,结构组成偏年轻化,持证级别基本能满足地方需求,“双师型”教师成为中坚力量。建议:需要进一步规范本地篮球裁判员工作管理、加强培训等,才能将优势继续保持,助力我国民族地区篮球事业的发展。

Objective: To investigate the current situation of basketball referees in ethnic areas. Methods:Questionnaires and interviews were used to investigate the subjects from gender, ethnicity, age, educational background, profession, level, years of officiating, educational background, attitude towards basketball refereeing and other aspects.Results: The gender ratio of the investigated objects was seriously unbalanced, the age structure was younger, the educational background was mainly part-time teachers majoring in Physical Education of undergraduate college, and the basketball referee level was mostly the national level. Conclusion: The existing achievements are that the research objects have a positive attitude and clear understanding of basketball referee work, the structure is younger, the certificate level can basically meet the local needs, and the "double qualified" teachers have become the backbone. Suggestion: it is necessary to further standardize the work management of local basketball referees and strengthen training, so as to maintain the advantages and help the development of basketball in ethnic areas in China.
