益生菌对胃癌术后早期肠内营养不耐受的预防作用分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探析益生菌对胃癌术后患者采取早期肠内营养不耐受的预防作用。方法回顾性选取该院2017年1月—2021年3月收治的60例胃癌根治术患者,将其按照数表法分为两组,对照组采用单纯早期肠内营养治疗(n=30),观察组采用益生菌联合早期肠内营养治疗(n=30),观察两组胃肠功能恢复情况,炎症反应改善情况,比较两组不耐受症状发生情况,营养改善情况。结果术后1周,观察组患者IL-6(34.82±4.78)pg/mL、IL-8(54.35±6.84)ng/mL、TNF-α(42.69±5.11)pg/mL,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组不耐受症状发生率仅为16.67%,明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.022,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组前白蛋白(266.58±15.76)mg/L、总蛋白(63.54±6.43)g/L、白蛋白(36.78±4.46)g/L、血红蛋白(132.59±14.28)g/L均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益生菌对胃癌术后患者早期肠内营养不耐受情况,具有良好的预防作用,能够减少患者术后并发症,消炎效果好,改善了患者的营养状况与耐受程度。 Objective To explore the preventive effect of probiotics on early enteral nutrition intolerance in patients with gastric cancer after surgery.Methods A retrospective selection was performed on 60 patients with gastric cancer who underwent radical resection in the hospital from January 2017 to March 2021,and they were divided into two groups according to the number table method.The control group received early enteral nutrition therapy alone(n=30),and the observation group was treated with probiotics combined with early enteral nutrition(n=30).The recovery of gastrointestinal function,the improvement of inflammatory response in the two groups were observed,compared the occurrence of intolerance symptoms,the nutritional improvement of the patients were compared.Results One week after operation,IL-6(34.82±4.78)pg/mL,IL-8(54.35±6.84)ng/mL,TNF-α(42.69±5.11)pg/mL in observa⁃tion group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treat⁃ment,the incidence of intolerance symptoms in the observation group was only 16.67%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.022,P<0.05).After treat⁃ment,in the improvement of nutritional indicators in the observation group,prealbumin(266.58±15.76)mg/L,total protein(63.54±6.43)g/L,albumin(36.78±4.46)g/L,hemoglobin(132.59±6.46)g/L,which were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Probiotics have a good preventive ef⁃fect on early enteral nutrition intolerance in patients with gastric cancer after surgery,can reduce postoperative com⁃plications,have a good anti-inflammatory effect,and improve the nutritional status and tolerance of patients.
