叶酸联合摩罗丹治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Folic Acid Combined with Morodan in the Treat⁃ment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的探究慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)患者治疗中应用叶酸联合摩罗丹的总疗效及应用价值。方法回顾性分析该院2019年5月—2021年10月诊治的80例CAG患者,参考“治疗方法差异性”,分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),对照组接受西医常规治疗,观察组采用西医常规治疗+叶酸联合摩罗丹治疗。比较两组临床总疗效、中医症状评分、胃镜病变征象、胃黏膜病理评分、实验室指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.00%相较对照组80.00%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05),观察组中医症状评分均更低,且胃镜病变征象、胃黏膜病理评分明显低,经治疗后实验室指标较对照组均更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CAG患者应用西医常规治疗+叶酸联合摩罗丹治疗,可增强整体疗效,控制病情进展,改善患者症状体征,减轻机体炎症反应,促进胃黏膜尽快恢复,实现理想的治疗效果。

Objective To explore the total efficacy and application value of combined application of folic acid com⁃bined with Morodan in the treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods Retrospective analy⁃sis 80 CAG patients from May 2019 to October 2021 treated in the hospital were selected and divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)with reference to'differences in treatment methods'.The control group re⁃ceived conventional western medicine treatment,while the observation group received conventional western medi⁃cine treatment+folic acid combined with Morodan.Total clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,gastroscopic lesions,gastric mucosal pathological score,laboratory indicators of two groups were compared.Results The total treatment ef⁃ficiency of the observation group 95.00%was higher than that of the control group 80.00%,the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).The TCM symptom scores of the observation group were lower,and the signs of gastroscopic lesions and gastric mucosal pathology were significantly lower in the observation group.The scores were significantly lower,and the laboratory indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group af⁃ter treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CAG patients given conventional west⁃ern medicine treatment+folic acid combined with Morodan can enhance the overall curative effect,control the pro⁃gression of the disease,improve the symptoms and signs of the patient,reduce the body's inflammatory response,and promote the recovery of the gastric mucosa as soon as possible to achieve an ideal therapeutic effect.
