度洛西汀和米氮平治疗老年抑郁症的临床疗效对照分析

Comparative Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Duloxetine and Mirtazapine in the Treatment of Senile Depression

目的对老年抑郁症患者使用度洛西汀和米氮平治疗的效果进行探讨。方法方便选取2018年2月—2020年10月于该院治疗的55例老年抑郁症患者列为研究对象,根据随机抽签方式将患者分成常规组(28例)和研究组(27例)。常规组患者使用米氮平进行治疗,研究组使用度洛西汀进行治疗,观察患者治疗效果(治疗有效率、不良反应、抑郁情况、疼痛情况、睡眠质量)。结果两组患者治疗有效率、不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。抑郁评分方面,两组患者治疗后相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组治疗后2周、4周、6周时间段的躯体疼痛评分为(3.41±1.17)分、(2.85±1.06)分、(1.19±0.75)分,睡眠质量评分为(8.02±2.21)分、(6.07±1.21)分、(5.32±0.96)分,其各项数据均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.732、3.701、8.183、5.533、7.565、8.731,P<0.001)。结论为老年抑郁症患者使用度洛西汀和米氮平进行治疗,均可以达到良好的治疗效果,在改善患者抑郁情况方面均比较显著。且两种药物治疗下患者不良反应均较少,治疗安全可靠,但对于疼痛度的改善及失眠情况的改善方面,两者效果存在一定差距,临床可按需选择用药。

Objective To investigate the effect of duloxetine and mirtazapine in the treatment of elderly patients with depression.Methods 55 elderly patients with depression who were treated in the hospital from February 2018 to Oc⁃tober 2020 were conveniently selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into a routine group(28 cases)and a study group(27 cases)according to random drawing.The patients in the routine group were treated with mirtazapine,and the patients in the study group were treated with duloxetine.The treatment effect of the patients(treatment efficiency,adverse reactions,depression,pain,sleep quality)was observed.Results There was no signifi⁃cant difference between the two groups in the treatment effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).In terms of depression score,there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The physical pain scores of the study group at 2,4 and 6 weeks after treatment were(3.41±1.17)points,(2.85±1.06)points,(1.19±0.75)points,and the sleep quality score was(8.02±2.21)points,(6.07±1.21)points,(5.32±0.96)points,all the data were lower than the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.732,3.701,8.183,5.533,7.565,8.731,P<0.001).Conclusion The use of duloxetine and mirtazapine for the treatment of elderly patients with depression can achieve good therapeutic effects,and both are relatively significant in improving the depression of pa⁃tients.And under the two kinds of drug treatment,the adverse reactions of patients are less,and the treatment is safe and reliable,but there is a certain gap in the improvement of pain and insomnia,and clinical drugs can be selected according to needs.
