基于护理程序整体护理对腰椎间盘突出术后康复效果及预后分析

Analysis of the Rehabilitation Effect and Prognosis of Postoperative Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation Based on Holistic Nursing Based on Nursing Procedures

目的分析基于护理程序整体护理对腰椎间盘突出术后康复效果及预后。方法方便选择2020年3月—2021年3月该院收治的96例腰椎间盘突出术患者,按随机数表法分为两组,对照组48例予以常规护理,研究组48例在对照组基础上实施手术基于护理程序整体护理,比较两组应用效果、疼痛情况、生活质量及满意度。结果研究组护理后VAS(2.44±0.45)分低于对照组(3.26±0.69)分,研究组JOA(25.59±3.08)分高于对照组(20.84±3.62)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.896、6.924,P<0.05);研究组护理后物质生活(90.49±2.24)分、躯体功能(91.16±2.62)分、心理功能(90.32±3.18)分、社会功能(91.24±2.07)分,高于对照组的(84.55±2.18)分、(85.34±3.11)分、(84.75±2.21)分、(85.38±1.68)分,差异有统计学意义(t=13.166、9.916、9.965、15.229,P<0.05);研究组患者满意度为91.66%,高于对照组满意度77.08%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.872,P<0.05)。结论临床对行腰椎间盘突出术患者开展基于护理程序整体护理,临床应用效果显著,能减轻患者腰背疼痛度,提高腰椎功能及生活质量,有效提高其护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the postoperative rehabilitation effect and prognosis of holistic nursing based on nursing procedures for lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 96 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc hernia⁃tion who were admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.48 patients in the control group received routine nursing care,while 48 patients in the study group received surgery-based overall nursing care on the basis of the control group.The application effect,pain condition,quality of life and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the VAS(2.44±0.45)points of the study group was lower than that of the control group(3.26±0.69)points,and the JOA score of the study group(25.59±3.08)points was higher than that of the control group(20.84±3.62)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.896,6.924,P<0.05);the material life was(90.49±2.24)points,physical function was(91.16±2.62)points,psychological function was(90.32±3.18)points,social func⁃tion was(91.24±2.07)points in the study group,higher than that of the control group(84.55±2.18)points,(85.34±3.11)points,(84.75±2.21)points,(85.38±1.68)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.166,9.916,9.965,15.229,P<0.05);the patient satisfaction of the study group was 91.66%,higher than that of the control group 77.08%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.872,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical applica⁃tion of holistic nursing based on nursing procedures for patients undergoing lumbar disc herniation surgery has a sig⁃nificant clinical effect,which can reduce the patients'low back pain,improve lumbar spine function and quality of life,and effectively improve their nursing satisfaction.
