柴胡疏肝散合四君子汤治疗胃脘痛疗效分析

Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder and Sijunzi Decoction in the Treatment of Epigastric Pain

目的分析探究胃脘痛治疗期间应用柴胡疏肝散合四君子汤取得的治疗效果。方法随机选择该院2019年1月—2021年12月收治的胃脘痛患者80例作为研究对象,选用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组应用常规西药治疗,观察组在西药治疗的基础上应用柴胡疏肝散合四君子汤治疗,对比两组患者中医症状积分、临床治疗有效率、胃肠激素水平、不良反应发生率及炎症因子水平。结果治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组中医症状积分均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组77.50%比较,观察组临床治疗有效率95.00%较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组胃肠激素水平、炎症因子指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于胃脘痛治疗期间应用柴胡疏肝散合四君子汤有利于控制病情发展,增强患者临床治疗效果,对于改善胃肠激素水平以及缓解临床症状具有积极意义,安全性及可行性较高,可借鉴推广。

Objective To analyze and explore the therapeutic effect of Chaihu Shugan powder and Sijunzi Decoction during the treatment of epigastric pain.Methods A total of 80 patients with epigastric pain who were admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were randomly selected as the research objects.and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine during the treatment period,and the observation group was treated with Chaihu Shugan powder and Sijunzi Decoction on the basis of western medicine treatment.The TCM symptom scores,clinical efficacy rate,gastrointestinal hormone levels,incidence of adverse reactions and inflammatory factor levels were com⁃pared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the TCM symptom scores of the observation group were lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with 77.50%in the control group,the clinical treatment effective rate in the observation group 95.00%was higher,the difference was sta⁃tistically significant(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05).After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the levels of gastrointestinal hormones and inflammatory factors between the control group and the observation group,the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Chaihu Shugan powder and Sijunzi Decoc⁃tion during the treatment of epigastric pain is beneficial to control the development of the disease,enhance the clini⁃cal treatment effect of patients,and has positive significance for improving the level of gastrointestinal hormones and relieving clinical symptoms.And the safety and feasibility are high,which can be used for reference and promotion.
