白蛋白联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究新生儿黄疸开展蓝光照射和白蛋白治疗的作用。方法选择新蔡县人民医院收治的104例黄疸患儿为研究主体,研究时间为2019年5月至2021年5月。分组方式选择随机摸红蓝球方式,其中以摸到蓝球者作为常规组(52例),以摸到红球作为试验组(52例),将蓝光照射应用于常规组患儿中,将蓝光照射及白蛋白治疗应用于试验组患儿中。针对两组患儿治疗效果、各时期血清学指标、光疗时间、住院时间、胆红素恢复正常时间、各时期免疫指标水平及不良反应进行比较。结果试验组与常规组患儿治疗有效率依次是90.38%、73.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2 d后同组组内血清间接胆红素、总胆汁酸及血清总胆红素水平均低于治疗前,治疗2 d后试验组患儿血清间接胆红素、总胆汁酸及血清总胆红素水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患儿光疗时间、住院时间及胆红素恢复正常时间均短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2 d后同组组内CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于治疗前,CD8^(+)水平低于治疗前;治疗2 d后试验组患儿CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于常规组,CD8^(+)水平低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组与常规组患儿不良反应出现率分别是5.77%、23.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿黄疸开展蓝光照射和白蛋白治疗能够降低血清学指标水平,缩短治疗及机体恢复时间,提升免疫功能,增强治疗效果,减少不良反应,发挥重要作用。 Objective To explore the effects of blue-ray irradiation combined with albumin in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods A total of 104 children with neonatal jaundice treated in Xincai County People's hospital were selected as the subjects of the study,the study period was from May 2019 to May 2021.The method of randomly touching the red and blue balls was selected as the grouping method,in which the person who touched the blue ball was taken as the routine group(52 cases),and the person who touched the red ball was taken as the test group(52 cases).The blue-ray irradiation was applied to the children in the routine group,and the blue-ray irradiation and albumin therapy were applied to the children in the test group.The therapeutic effect,serological indexes,phototherapy time,hospitalization time,bilirubin recovery time,immune index level and adverse reactions of each group were compared.Results The effective rates of the test group and the routine group were 90.38%and 73.08%respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).After 2 days of treatment,the levels of serum indirect bilirubin,total bile acid and serum total bilirubin in the same group were lower than those before treatment.After 2 days of treatment,the levels of serum indirect bilirubin,total bile acid and serum total bilirubin in the test group were lower than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The phototherapy time,hospitalization time and bilirubin recovery time of children in the test group were shorter than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 days of treatment,the levels of CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the same group were higher than those before treatment,and the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that before treatment.After 2 days of treatment,the levels of CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the test group were higher than those in the routine group,and the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the test group and the routine group were 5.77%and 23.08%respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Blue-ray irradiation and albumin therapy for neonatal jaundice can reduce the level of serum markers,shorten the treatment and body recovery time,improve immune function,enhance the treatment effect,reduce adverse reactions,and play an important role.
