自拟扶正补虚方联合富马酸卢帕他定治疗过敏性鼻炎的有效性及安全性分析

Effectiveness and Safety Analysis of Self-Made Fuzheng Buxu Decoction Combined with Lupatadine Fumarate in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的探讨自拟扶正补虚方联合富马酸卢帕他定治疗过敏性鼻炎的有效性及安全性。方法选取河南省偃师市人民医院自2018年1月至2019年12月收治的90例过敏性鼻炎患者,按照随机数字表达法将其分为研究组(45例,自拟扶正补虚方+富马酸卢帕他定治疗组)与对照组(45例,富马酸卢帕他定治疗组),比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生率、主要症状消失时间、气道功能相关指标、治疗前后血清生化指标(IL-4、IL-5、IL-12、TNF-α)水平、生活质量。结果研究组、对照组治疗有效率分别为97.78%、77.78%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组打喷嚏、流清涕、鼻塞、鼻痒等症状消失时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后第1 s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、最大呼气流量(PEF)均优于对照组;两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组、对照组血清IL-4、IL-5、TNF-α水平均较治疗前显著降低,IL-12水平较治疗前增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组血清IL-4、IL-5、TNF-α水平低于对照组,IL-12水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、生命活力、社会功能、情感职能及心理健康评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟扶正补虚方联合富马酸卢帕他定治疗过敏性鼻炎可显著改善症状,调节IL-4、IL-5、IL-12、TNF-α血清表达,提升生活质量,效果确切同时安全性高,可作为安全有效的联合治疗方案使用。

Objective To investigate the validity and safety of self-made Fuzheng Buxu prescription combined with Lupatadine Fumarate in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 90 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to YanShi People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into study group(45 cases,self-made Fuzheng Buxu prescription combined with rupatadine fumarate treatment group)and control group(45 cases,rupatadine fumarate treatment group)according to random number expression method.The therapeutic effect,incidence of adverse reactions,disappearance time of main symptoms,airway function related indexes,serum biochemical indexes(IL-4,IL-5,IL-12,TNF-α)and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the study group and the control group was 97.78%and 77.78%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of symptoms such as sneeze,runny nose,nasal congestion and nasal itching in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The forced expiratory volume at the first second(FEV1)and maximum expiratory flow(PEF)in the study group were better than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-4,IL-5 and TNF-αin the study group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the level of IL-12 was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).And the levels of serum IL-4,IL-5 and TNF-αin the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of IL-12 was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physiological function,role-physical,bodily pain,vitality,social functioning,role-emotional and mental health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Fuzheng Buxu Decoction combined with Lupatadine Fumarate in the treatment of allergic rhinitis can significantly ameliorate symptoms and regulate IL-4,IL-5,IL-12,TNF-αserum expression,it also can improve the quality of life,with exact effect and high safety,which can be used as a safe and effective combination therapy.
