复方血栓通胶囊对白内障超声乳化术后黄斑水肿患者最佳矫正视力及黄斑总容积的影响

Effect of Compound Xueshuantong Capsule on Best Corrected Visual Acuity and Total Volume of Macular Edema in Cataract Patients After Phacoemulsification

目的探讨白内障超声乳化术后黄斑水肿患者给予复方血栓通胶囊治疗对最佳矫正视力及黄斑总容积的影响。方法选取2017年12月至2020年12月在邓州市人民医院实施白内障超声乳化术后的黄斑水肿患者110例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成观察组(55例)和对照组(55例),对照组实施常规药物治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用复方血栓通胶囊治疗,比较两组患者中医证候积分、最佳矫正视力、眼压、黄斑总容积及黄斑中心视网膜厚度。结果两组治疗后中医证候积分明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组积分较对照组明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗1个月后最佳矫正视力明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组视力较对照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后1个月、3个月眼压水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组水平较对照组明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗1个月后黄斑总容积及黄斑中心视网膜厚度较治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组较治疗前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组术后黄斑总容积及黄斑中心视网膜厚度较对照组明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白内障超声乳化术后黄斑水肿患者给予复方血栓通胶囊治疗,能够降低中医证候积分,改善患者最佳矫正视力,降低眼压,预防黄斑总容积和黄斑中心视网膜厚度增加。

Objective To investigate the effect of compound Xueshuantong capsule on best corrected visual acuity and total macular volume in patients with macular edema after cataract phacoemulsification.Methods A total of 110 patients with macular edema who were underwent cataract phacoemulsification in Dengzhou People's Hospital from December 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group(55 cases)and the control group(55 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given conventional drug treatment,and the observation group was given compound Xueshuantong capsules on the basis of conventional treatment.The TCM syndrome scores,best corrected visual acuity,intraocular pressure,total macular volume and central retinal thickness of the macular were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the best corrected visual acuity of the two groups was significantly improved(P<0.05),and the visual acuity of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The intraocular pressure levels in the two groups were significantly decreased at 1 month and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05),and the levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the total macular volume and macular central retinal thickness of the observation group had no significant difference compared with those before treatment(P>0.05),while the control group was significantly increased(P<0.05).The postoperative total macular volume and central retinal thickness of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment with Compound Xueshuantong capsule in patients with macular edema after phacoemulsification can reduce TCM syndrome score,improve the best corrected visual acuity,reduce intraocular pressure,and prevent the increase of macular volume and central retinal thickness.
