摘要
在强化质量导向、推动乡村振兴的背景下全面分析蔬菜全产业链高质量发展风险,对提高蔬菜全产业链运作效率具有重要意义。本研究通过应用熵值-贝叶斯网络模型对黑龙江省蔬菜全产业链质量风险水平进行综合测度,并进一步识别关键风险因素。结果显示目前黑龙江省蔬菜全产业链高质量发展形势稳定向好,但仍存在一定风险,其关键风险主要来源于流通运输、产品管控和市场道德三个维度。据此,提出:(1)加快农村信息化建设,优化物流运输网络布局;(2)强化龙头企业责任意识,鼓励消费者参与质量安全共治;(3)健全社会化服务体系,加强蔬菜品牌建设,促进蔬菜全产业链高质量发展。
Under the background of strengthening quality orientation and promoting rural revitalization,a comprehensive analysis of the high-quality development risks of the whole vegetable industry chain is of great significance to improve the operation efficiency of the whole vegetable industry chain.This study comprehensively measured the quality risk level of the whole vegetable industry chain in Heilongjiang Province by using the entropy Bayesian network model,and further identified the key risk factors.The results show that the high-quality development level of the whole vegetable industry chain in Heilongjiang Province is stable and good,but there are still some risks.The key risks mainly come from circulation,transportation,product control and market ethics.Accordingly,it is proposed that measures should be taken to accelerate the construction of rural informatization and optimize the layout of logistics and transportation network,to strengthen the sense of responsibility of leading enterprises and encourage consumers to participate in the co-governance of quality and safety,and to improve the socialized service system,strengthen the construction of vegetable brands and promote the high-quality development of the whole vegetable industry chain.
