巯基改性凹凸棒石对铟的吸附研究

摘要 铟及其化合物在半导体通信产业中属于不可或缺的重要材料,早已被欧美等发达国家列为关键战略矿产资源,铟及其化合物的毒性也逐渐显露,因此迫切需要对含铟废料进行分离富集处理。由于吸附法在低浓度下也能同样有效地去除有毒有害污染物并富集有回收价值的金属,本文制备了适合吸附In(Ⅲ)的巯基改性凹凸棒石。在乙醇浓度为30%,改性pH为8,接枝时间为3 h时,所制备的巯基改性凹凸棒石吸附铟的效果最好。在298K,In(Ⅲ)初始浓度为600mg·L^(-1),吸附液初始pH为3.5,吸附时间240min时,改性材料对In(Ⅲ)的最大吸附容量为62.1 mg·g^(-1)。 Indium and its compounds are indispensable and important materials in the semiconductor communication industry,and have long been listed as key strategic mineral resources by developed countries such as Europe and the United States.Moreover,the toxicity of indium and its compounds is gradually revealed,so it is urgent to separate and enrich indium-containing wastes.In this paper,thiol modified attapulgite suitable for adsorption In(Ⅲ)has been prepared because the adsorption method can also effectively remove toxic and harmful pollutants and enrich valuable metals at low concentration.When the concentration of ethanol is 30%,the modified pH is 8,and the grafting time is 3 h,the adsorption effect of thiol modified attapulgite is the best.When the initial concentration of In(Ⅲ)is 600 mg·L^(-1) at 298 K,the initial pH of the adsorption solution is 3.5,and the adsorption time is 240 min,the maximum adsorption capacity of the modified material for In(Ⅲ)is 62.1 mg·g^(-1).
