摘要
南海西部注水油田温度高、井斜大,不利于智能分层注水工具的应用,为提高分层调配效率和作业安全性,开展了高温、大井斜海上油田智能注水技术研究。通过设备设计、研发和优化,形成非插入式机械液控注水技术,突破了温度高、井眼轨迹复杂、井深大的应用难题,大幅度提高了测调效率和精度。并在南海西部涠洲6-9油田A井首次成功完成了先导性实验,实现了4个注水层位需要精细分层注水,对于南海西部油田智能化精细注水具有重要意义。
The high temperature and large well deviation of water injection oilfield in the west of South China Sea are not conducive to the application of intelligent layered water injection tools.In order to improve the layered allocation efficiency and operation safety,the research on intelligent water injection technology of high temperature and large well deviation offshore oilfield has been carried out.Through equipment design,R&D and optimization,a non plug-in mechanical hydraulic control water injection technology is formed,which breaks through the application problems of high temperature,complex well trajectory and large well depth,and greatly improves the measurement and adjustment efficiency and accuracy.The precision water injection experiment of 4-9 pilot wells in the west of South China Sea has been successfully completed,which is of great significance for the first time in the west of South China Sea.
