摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一类以气流受限为特征的常见慢性疾病,并且可进一步发展为肺心病和呼吸衰竭,致残率和病死率很高。隶属于托品类生物碱的异丙托溴铵是一种强效抗胆碱药物,临床上常被用于COPD急性加重期的治疗。本文对异丙托溴铵的相关背景进行了简要的介绍,同时剖析了其结构特征,也对异丙托溴铵合成设计中采用的策略进行了综述。
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD)is a common chronic disease characterised by airflow limitation and can progress to pulmonary heart disease and respiratory failure,with a high rate of disability and death.Isoproterenol,a member of the tropine alkaloids,is a potent anticholinergic drug and is often used clinically in the treatment of acute exacerbations of COPD.This paper provides a brief background on ipratropium bromide,together with a dissection of its structural features and a review of the strategies employed in the synthetic design of ipratropium bromide.
