后处理厂化学分离系统运行过程中职业病危害及其防护

Occupational Hazards and the Protection during the Operation of Chemical Separation System in Reprocessing Plant

后处理厂化学分离系统具有化工厂的职业病危害特征,同时由于其处理放射性料液,存在放射性危害,比通常的化工厂存在的职业病危害更为复杂。后处理厂化学分离系统运行过程中存在的职业病危害包括放射性职业病危害和非放射性职业病危害。非放射性职业病危害因素包括:化学毒物危害、噪声危害、高温危害等。本文分析后处理厂化学分离系统运行过程中可能存在的职业病危害,再从设计、管理等方面提出这些危害的防护措施。采取这些措施,可以有有效减低工作人员职业病危害的发生。

The chemical separation system in reprocessing plant has the similar occupational hazards as usual chemical plant.Due to the treatment of radioactive material in reprocessing plant,there are radioactive hazards,which is more complex.The occupational hazards existing in the operation of reprocessing plant chemical separation system include radioactive occupational hazards and non-radioactive occupational hazards.Non-radioactive occupational hazard factors include chemical hazards,noise hazards,high temperature hazards,etc.This paper analyzes the possible occupational hazards during the operation of the chemical separation system,the protective measures against these hazards are put forward.Taking these measures can effectively reduce the occurrence of occupational hazards of staff.
