摘要 随着能源开发深水化进程的加快,对海洋钻机的需求量增加,各种工况复杂。依托新建南海东部某油田7000米海上模块钻机为例,根据相关模块化设计准则,经过查阅相关文献及组织专家论证,对设备间的相关强弱程度进行标定建立关系矩阵,然后通过退火优选算法科学划分出相对优质的模块化布置。分组结果显示:井架、顶驱、倒绳机、转盘布置在一块区域实现钻井提升系统功能。振动筛、离心机、低压泥浆系统布置在一起实现泥浆净化处理功能。高压泥浆泵、灌注泵布置在一起为钻井作业提供泥浆供应。发电机、空气系统布置在一起为钻井设备提供动力。在总体布置时需要根据各项目的要求进行布置和模块划分时,我们可以应用“综合关系属性矩阵+模拟退火优选”相结合的模块化方法进行设计分组,从而满足各项目的要求的前提下达到较优的总图布置设计效果,提高了模块钻机的设计质量。为应对各种复杂工况下海洋钻机总体标准模块化设计提供一种方法。 With the acceleration of the deep-water process of energy development,the demand for offshore drilling rigs increases and various working conditions are complex.Taking the 7000 meter offshore modular drilling rig of an oil field in the east of the South China Sea as an example,according to the relevant modular design criteria,after consulting the relevant literature and organizing expert demonstration,the relevant strength between the equipment is calibrated,the relationship matrix is established,and then the relatively high-quality modular layout is scientifically divided by annealing optimization algorithm.The grouping results show that the derrick,top drive,rope reversing machine and rotary table are arranged in one area to realize the function of drilling hoisting system.The shale shaker,centrifuge and low-pressure mud system are arranged together to realize the mud purification function.High pressure mud pump and filling pump are arranged together to provide mud supply for drilling operation.The generator and air system are arranged together to provide power for the drilling equipment.When the general layout needs to be arranged and divided into modules according to the requirements of each project,we can apply the modular method of“comprehensive relationship attribute matrix+simulated annealing optimization”for design grouping,so as to achieve better general layout design effect and improve the design quality of modular drilling rig on the premise of meeting the requirements of each project.It provides a method to deal with the overall standard modular design of offshore drilling rig under various complex working conditions.
