原子吸收光谱法测定多形态氧化铝基催化剂中钯含量

Measuring Palladium Content in Polymorphousalumina-based Catalyst by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 本文对比了王水、硫酸—王水、多酸体系(氢氟酸—高氯酸—王水)用于消解多形态氧化铝基钯催化剂,对原子吸收光谱法测定催化剂中钯含量的影响。通过在钯标准溶液中加入与样品铝含量相当的氧化铝载体做基体匹配,消除了基体元素对测定的影响。本方法回收率96.0%~103.2%,检出限为0.03614 mg/L,相对标准偏差为0.69%,满足检测要求,实现了生产过程中钯含量的准确、快速、便捷检测。 Herein,we demonstrate the effect of dissociating medium(aqua regia,sulfuric acid-aqua regia and mixed acid(hydrofluoric acid-perchloric acid-aqua regia))against polymorphousalumina on the determination of palladium content by atomic absorption spectrometry.Moreover,to eliminate interference from substrate elements,the substrate matching was performed by adding the alumina carriers with the same content of sample aluminum in the palladium standard solution.Our method exhibits high recovery(96.0%~103.2%),low detection limit(0.03614 mg/L)and suitable relative standard deviation(0.69%),meeting detection requirements and empowering accurate,rapid and convenient detection of palladium content in the production process.
