优化石油焦总硫含量的测定条件

摘要 采用红外光谱法测定石油焦中的总硫含量时,适当降低燃烧炉的温度,配合称样量和氧气流量的优化,可以延长燃烧炉关键配件的使用寿命。通过实验寻找可以同时保证石油焦和煤标样充分燃烧的温度范围,优化测定条件后,对实验结果的准确性进行验证,结果表明,燃烧炉炉温1200℃,称样量0.3 g,氧气流量3.5 L/min的优化条件,同样满足生产工艺对实验数据精密度的要求,同时还缓解了高温条件下燃烧炉内硅碳管故障频发,且进口配件在疫情期间难以采购的问题。 When the total sulfur content in petroleum coke is determined by infrared spectroscopy,the service life of key accessories of combustion furnace can be prolonged by appropriately reducing the temperature of combustion furnace and optimizing the sample weight and oxygen flow.Through the experiment,the temperature range that can ensure the full combustion of petroleum coke and coal standard samples at the same time is found.After optimizing the measurement conditions,the accuracy of the experimental results is verified.The results show that the optimized conditions of combustion furnace temperature 1200℃,sample weighing 0.3 g and oxygen flow 3.5 L/min also meet the requirements of production process for the precision of experimental data,and alleviate the frequent failure of silicon carbon tube in combustion furnace under high temperature conditions,And it is difficult to purchase imported accessories during the epidemic.
