乡村住宅高耐久性产品应用标准体系框架初探

A Preliminary Study on the Framework of the Standards System for the Application of High Durability Products in Rural Houses

基于乡村住宅建设量大、使用寿命短,没有合理有效的标准体系对其进行指导与约束的问题,本文通过系统分析乡村住宅高耐久性产品体系的构建原则、适应性与动态性,分别以应用技术标准为目标维度,以产品标准为类别维度,以主要结构类型为专业维度,形成体系的空间模型,并对各层级标准内容进行了总结。该体系框架的建立,有助于推动、完善乡村住宅建设标准工作机制,保障我国乡村住宅高耐久性产品以及产业链的有序发展,填补乡村住宅产品应用标准体系的研究空白。

Rural housing construction is large, but not long lived. There is no effective standards system to guide and restrict the quality of rural housing. To address such problems, this paper analyzes the construction principles, adaptability and dynamics of the high durability product system of rural housing, and establishes the target dimension(application technology standard), category dimension(product standard) and professional dimension(structure type) of the model.After that, this paper defines the standard content of each level. The establishment of the system framework will help to promote and improve the working mechanism of rural housing construction standards, ensure the orderly development of China’s rural housing industry chain, and fill the gap of rural housing product application standards system.
