GB 40877-2021《硅酸铝纤维及制品单位产品能源消耗限额》标准解读

摘要 硅酸铝纤维自上世纪70年代作为一种新型耐火节能材料引入我国后,有了较快的发展,目前我国已经是世界第一生产、出口、使用国,基本涵盖世界80%的产量。硅酸铝纤维及制品生产主要消耗电能和天然气,虽然行业总体能源消耗量相较其他建材产品较小,但其单位产品能源消耗较高,且能源成本占生产成本比例较大,给推广应用造成一定的阻碍。本文对强制性国家标准GB 40877-2021《硅酸铝纤维及制品单位产品能源消耗限额》中的产品分类、能耗限额、能源统计范围、计算方法进行了简要的解读,为相关方在理解使用该标准时提供相关参考。 ASW(alumino-silicate wools) as a new type of insulating refractories for energy saving has been rapidly developed in China since the 1970s. China is now the world’s largest producer, exporter and user of ASW, covering 80% of the world’s output. The production mainly consumes electricity and natural gas. Although the total energy consumption of ASW industry is smaller than that of other building materials, per unit product’s energy consumption is very high. The energy cost accounts for a large proportion of total AWS cost, which hinders the promotion and application of the products. This paper gives a brief interpretation of product classification, energy consumption limit, energy statistical range and calculation method in the Chinese national standard, GB 40877-2021, The norm of energy consumption per unit product of aluminum silicate wools and products,which provides relevant reference for relevant users to understand and use this standard.
