摘要
近几年慢性肾脏病(CKD)发病率逐年上升,终末期肾病(ESRD)可导致多种并发症发生,而心血管事件(CVE)的发生是ESRD患者死亡的主要原因。本文就CKD患者并发CVE的相关机制作一综述,以期为早期诊断、治疗提供新思路。
In recent years,incidence rate of chronic kidney disease(CKD)has been increasing year by year.End-stage renal disease(ESRD)can lead to a variety of complications,and cardiovascular events(CVE)are main cause of death in ESRD patients.The present article makes a review on related mechanisms of CVE in CKD patients,aiming at providing new thinking for early diagnosis and treatment.
